Advisor, RE&S Group Fenton Foo Mr Fenton Foo first joined RE&S in 2008 as Deputy Director, subsequently serving as CFO before taking on the role of CEO from 2019 to 2026. Prior to joining RE&S, Mr Foo held several leadership roles across various industries including the financial and F&B sector.

As Advisor, Mr Foo works closely with senior leadership to guide strategic planning and transformation initiatives. He provides oversight and guidance on business development, performance monitoring, and governance matters, ensuring continuity and alignment with the Group’s long-term direction.

Executive Director and CEO, RE&S Group Lim Shyang Zheng A Public Service Commission (PSC) Government Scholar and engineer by training, Mr Lim Shyang Zheng joined RE&S in 2010. From 2019 to 2026, he served as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the Supply Chain Management function and driving productivity initiatives across the organisation. Today, Mr Lim serves as Chief Executive Officer, leading RE&S’s strategic planning and operations.

A strong believer in meritocracy, Mr Lim is committed towards enriching the career development of all RE&S employees. His ambition for RE&S is to build strong brands that can serve our customers throughout their life stages, an extension of founder Hiroshi Tatara's vision to make Japanese food accessible to the masses.
CFO, RE&S Group Yap Fang Ling As the Group's CFO, Ms Yap Fang Ling is responsible for the Group's overall financial reporting, financial planning, treasury and risk management functions. She also concurrently heads the Information Technology Department of the Group.

With over two decades of experience in the finance industry, Ms Yap joined RE&S in 2014 as an accountant, and rose through the ranks to her current appointment as Group CFO in 2022. Ms Yap graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting. She is also a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an associate member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
Executive Vice President (FSR), RE&S Group Ang Bee Chin Ms Ang Bee Chin is the Group Executive Vice President overseeing the Full Service Restaurant division at RE&S. Since joining the Group in 2003, she has been instrumental in strengthening operational standards and execution across the organisation.

With extensive experience in operations management, Ms Ang drives organisational development and business growth, championing customer-centric initiatives and process improvements that enhance consistency, customer experience, operational efficiency, and overall performance across the Full Service Restaurant portfolio. Her expertise also includes menu engineering, where she works closely with product development teams to align offerings with brand positioning, market trends, and customer preferences.
Executive Vice President (QSR), RE&S Group Hee Mei Leng Ms Hee Mei Leng is the Group’s Executive Vice President overseeing the Quick Service Restaurant division. She joined RE&S in 1999 and has advanced through a wide range of leadership roles across operations, projects, and business development. With established expertise in brand strategic planning and growth, Ms Hee previously served as Vice President, Business Development, and has also formerly headed the Operations Support and Project Department, where she drove cross functional initiatives in ERP implementation, HACCP certification, and new concept launches—including the Japanese Food Street. Today, as Executive Vice President, she continues to shape the Group’s expansion and innovation agenda. Executive Vice President (Retail), RE&S Group Wilson Beh Mr Wilson Beh is the Group’s Executive Vice President overseeing the Retail division. With over 20 years of experience in multi-concept operations and regional expansion, he previously served as Corporate Vice President, driving strategic growth and strengthening operational scalability.

He oversees P&L performance, market expansion, concept development, and multi-unit operations, with focus on systemisation and efficiency. Mr Beh has a proven track record in new store openings, optimising operations, and strengthening brand execution. With strong financial discipline and hands-on leadership, Mr Beh delivers results through structured execution and people development.
Executive Vice President (SCM), RE&S Group Kenny Ng Mr Kenny Ng is the Group’s Executive Vice President overseeing the Supply Chain Management division. Before joining RE&S, he built and scaled regional snack manufacturing businesses across multiple markets as an entrepreneur-operator.

He joined RE&S in 2022 and leads Central Kitchen operations, delivering key infrastructure initiatives including central bakery expansion and the setup of a Mister Donut processing unit. His current focus is driving growth and efficiency through B2B expansion and end-to-end supply chain optimisation across logistics, production, and procurement. Mr Ng is also a passionate ideator, rallying teams around a shared mission and building systems that scale sustainably beyond individuals.
