With almost 20 years of Food and Beverage business and management expertise, we operate the restaurants with a team of Japanese Chefs and Senior Managers, supported by a local retail management team, who understands our core business. The company employs more than 700 staff comprising of chefs, managers, supervisors, service and kitchen crew, production development and quality assurance, while supported by administrative staff.Mission Statement
